Best Asparagus

- Asparagus
- 2 tbspn olive oil
- 1/2 teaspn salt
- 1/2 teaspn black pepper
- 1 pinch pepper flakes
- 2 tbspn nutritional yeast or parmesean
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon agave/honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven or air fryer at 390F
- Cut asparagus into thirds
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl
- Lay the asparagus out on a baking tray
- Bake for 10 minutes, shake half way through.
